Looking for Spring

A bit of summer while waiting for spring.

The botanical gardens indoor conservatory is free on Wednesdays so we met some homeschool ladies there after we all had lunch at Pizza Hut.

Now imagine being the waiter at a table of 13 kids and 5 adults. Poor man. He was quite a trooper and the kids did relatively well. Luckily it is a kid friendly place.

Luckily it was a fairy day at the conservatory. The kids spent the afternoon looking for fairies, making scented pouches, books, necklaces and running around trying to stay out of trouble.

Fortunately it was not one of our kids that knocked the large banana branch, banana'a and all, off the tree. Whew!
